Donor Contribution Levels

The Franklin Cultural Arts Center Board estimates that our proposed 65,000 square foot Arts Center will cost approximately $20M to construct. It is our intention to raise capital contributions throughout 2007 to support the acquisition of a suitable land parcel, finalize building plans, and make ready to break ground in early 2008 for construction of this new regional arts center.

Patron

To be negotiated - includes the naming rights for the entire Arts Center.

Producer

$1.5M to $3M - includes the naming rights for one of the building Wings, or major internal spaces, i.e. Theater, Banquet Hall, Community Center Room, Front Lobby reception, etc.

Director

$750K to $1.5M - includes the naming rights for secondary internal spaces, i.e. Balcony, Kitchen, Meeting Room, etc.

Playright

$100K to $500K - includes the naming rights for internal furniture and general use areas, i.e. theater chairs, refreshment stand, stage, rehearsal rooms, etc.

Players

$1K to $50K - includes family/individual name noted on plaques in public areas.

Cast

$250 to $999 - includes equipment fixtures and general support donations.
